Winged Dragon Karate Club Currently Seeking New Students for 2010 Spring Self-Defense Classes
Anne Arundel County Recreation & Parks Department and Winged Dragon Karate Club are currently accepting new students in our self-defense classes.
Are you interested in learning ways of protecting yourself in these times when anything can happen?
Are you interested in learning self-defense?
Are you looking for a different form of exercise?
Adult Self-Defense Classes will be offered at Glendale Elementary, South County Senior Center, Arnold Senior Center, and Quarterfield Elementary Schools.
Junior Self-Defense Classes will be offered at Arnold Senior Center, Annapolis Senior Center, Glendale Elementary, South County Senior Center, and Quarterfield Elementary Schools.
Stop by one of our locations and try a FREE 2-hour class. Absolutely NO OBLIGATION. If you think the first class is worthwhile, then you can register with A. A. County Recreation & Parks to continue the course. If you're not interested in continuing after the first class, you will have invested only 2 hours AND will have learned some valuable self-defense lessons!! Bring a friend!!
Winged Dragon Karate Club is pleased to announce that adult classes are now being offered in Delaware
Learn basic self-defense and protective maneuvers while exercising and disciplining the body and mind. This class emphasizes control, skill and grace in movement while using an opponent’s strength and weight against him. Training in Karate progresses beyond initial 12-week self-defense course for continuing students. This course is offered for anyone from age 14 and up. Class is held at Frankford Elementary School, Frankford Delaware.
